Brrrrr! It was cold at Mammoth Mountain but even more beautiful! Wanted to share this little workout that will keep you warm anywhere. The 2-minute rounds may look easy, but it's a challenging mix of legs, core and cardio -- try it! ☃️
- Side lunges
- Star squat jumps
- Front-to-back lunges - Left leg
- Front-to-back lunges - Right leg
Repeat 3-5 times 💪🏼
