Come stretch with me!
Happy Monday! Most athletes and fitness fanatics know the importance of stretching, but it’s just as important for those of you who aren’t very active (yet!😉). Stretching increases blood flow and circulation, improving energy levels and posture while decreasing the risk of injury. I make sure to stretch for at least 30 minutes a day, and my full routine includes foam rollers, resistance bands, and a few other silly stretching tools!
Here is a basic 10-minute stretching routine that you can do without any fancy bands or foam rollers. For me, it’s important to hold each stretch for at least 30 seconds, but more muscular💪🏼 people will want to spend at least a minute in each stretch.
